Meet Jodi Putnam
-Family Nurse Practitioner
Hi, I’m Jodi Putnam, FNP. I’ve spent 15 years in nursing—15 as an RN and the last 2 as a Family Nurse Practitioner—caring for patients in long‑term care/skilled nursing, home health and hospice, wound care, and family practice. I believe health education and healthy daily habits are powerful medicine, and I focus on reducing medication dependence when it’s safe and appropriate. My goal is to help you stay active, independent, and in your own home as you age. I’m married and a mom to seven—six boys and one girl—so I understand how busy life can be and how important practical, clear guidance is. When I am not working you can find me with my family playing games, or watching movies.

Hi, my name is Kelly Hunsaker. My mission is simple: to help you live a stronger, more capable life. As a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2022, I focus on mastering the foundational movements that mimic real life—squats, deadlifts, presses, and pull-ups. By building strength from the ground up, I help my clients move with confidence, prevent injury, and feel powerful in their daily routines. No matter where you are starting from, we will build a stronger version of you.
Meet Holly Waites

Hi, I’m Holly! I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a 2023 graduate of the WellCoaches program as a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and a Certified Health Coach through the National Society for Health Coaches. I have been active in healthcare as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2007, primarily working in outpatient, inpatient, aquatic, and home health therapy in California, Texas, and Utah.
I believe that by small and simple things, great things can come to pass. Having successfully learned to thrive with 2 rare genetic conditions has gifted me with a unique perspective and deeper understanding of the experiences of others who struggle with health challenges, as well as knowing the special triumphs and joys that are possible.
I believe better health and happiness are possible for everyone!
What is Wellness Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership where your coach helps you to clarify your needs and desires, evoking the motivation to generate the behavior changes you seek to become your best version of yourself.
Whether that means weight loss, improved fitness, nutrition, sleep, or managing the emotional aspects of a chronic condition, I will work with you in a supportive, non-judgemental, and collaborative partnership to guide you in tapping into your own deep wisdom, strengths, and motivation. You will learn the unique steps and techniques that will empower you in finally living your healthiest, happiest life!
What will you experience in coaching?
*One 60-90 minute initial session by phone
*The creation of your personal Wellness Vision and supportive three month goals.
*30-45 minute weekly follow up sessions by phone where we review your experiences with your past week’s goals, explore and brainstorm about topics of importance to you related to your physical and emotional well-being, and set goals for the coming week.
